List Premier meets with International Education and Training Familiarisation Tour of Queensland

During May 2015, 27 delegates from 11 countries met with List Premier. These delegates were on a fact finding mission to Queensland, Australia. The delegation included Company and Government Executives from India, Indonesia, Japan, Colombia, Peru, Vietnam, Korea, Taiwan, China and Thailand.

They investigated and gathered information with the view to find the best possible solution regarding the training of their mine workers. With this in mind Trade and Investment Queensland arranged a site visit to List Premier Education.

List Premier presented their capabilities to the delegation. The presentation focused on List Premier’s methodology, technology and philosophy as incorporated in the Mine Safety Training Programs. The delegates were impressed by the interactive approach and at the same time they gained first-hand experience of List Premier’s Interactive Touch Board Programs.

List Premier presented the Mine Safety Training Programs to the delegation. They were impressed by the full lesson format of the lessons and the Trainers Manual. They loved the colourful workbooks complementing the lessons because the workbooks serve as reinforcement of the work. The delegates also took part in the lesson which they thoroughly enjoyed. They loved the humour and the “enjoyment” factor – learning without even realising it! They were also immensely impressed by the fact that all our Mine Safety Training Programs can be translated into any language!

After the demonstration in-depth discussions were held about the features of the Mine Safety Programs as well as the implementation thereof in the mines.

List Premier also received positive feedback regarding the Familiarisation Tour from the Deputy Premier, The Honourable Mr Jackie Trad, who is also the Minister for Transport, Minister for Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and Minister for Trade, for their role in generating a significant amount of positive feedback and exposure for Queensland.
